Center Director – Full Time
We’re seeking an experienced Executive Director to partner with our Founder and lead the launch and day-to-day operations of our new center. If you’re a self-starter with strong leadership, organization, and communication skills — and a heart for children, families, and staff — this is your opportunity to shape an innovative program from the ground up.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field
- CDA credential preferred
- Experience leading in early childhood education or related field
- A genuine heart for children, families, and people
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask
- Strong leadership & communication skills
Required Clearances:
State & federal background checks, child abuse, NSOR, Pediatric CPR/First Aid
- Salary Range: $64,000 - $67,000 (Commensurate with experience)
Assistant Director – Full Time
Nurxery Christian Academy is seeking a passionate Assistant Director to work closely with our Executive Leadership Team as we launch and grow our new center. This is your chance to help build an innovative program, support staff, and create a safe, loving place for children and families.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- CDA credential preferred
- Experience in early childhood education or center administration
- Organized, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Team player who works well with others
Required Clearances:
State & federal background checks, child abuse, NSOR, Pediatric CPR/First Aid
- Salary Range: $36,000 - $40,000 (Commensurate with experience)
Teacher – Full Time, Part-Time
Nurxery Christian Academy is seeking caring, creative Teachers to join our team! Help us deliver safe, faith-based, and engaging early learning for children ages 6 weeks–5 years. You’ll create warm, developmentally appropriate classrooms where kids thrive and families feel supported.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience working with young children
- Passion for early education & strong communication skills
- Required clearances (state & federal checks, child abuse, NSOR, Pediatric CPR/First Aid)
- CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred but not required
